An exercise class for Seniors called "Sit & Stay Fit" is available in the Fellowship Hall 2 days a week, Tuesday & Thursday mornings for an hour beginning at 9:45 a.m.

The instructor is from College of Sequoia (COS).  The charge is $55 a year. We have openings for more to get involved.

As we get older it's so important that we "keep moving" and this is a good exercise program to keep us from getting "stuck in a rut" and just "staying put" on our......comfy chair too much!  And it's also a good time for being social and meeting new people.

We encourage you to come and check us out if you're 55 or older.
